Canon vs Draft
Canon vs Draft keeps a speculative idea from accidentally being treated as established fact — by you, by Ask Inkora, or by the continuity checker.

Where it applies#
- Character relationships — toggle Canon or Draft right on a character's page.
- Story Notes — a scratchpad on each book's Notes page, for any idea that doesn't fit an existing field.
Why it matters#
Canon relationships and notes are treated as established fact everywhere Inkora uses your story bible. Draft ones are still visible to the AI for context, but it's explicitly told never to treat them as true or use them to answer a factual question.
