INKORA

Development updates

What's new in Inkora

Everything we've built and changed, grouped by the part of Inkora it belongs to. Dates before 7 October are approximate.

Studio

Profile Studio and everything you collect and wear.

  1. New

Animated backgrounds, spinning frames and 100+ new cosmetics

Profiles can now move. Backgrounds and banners have live scenes, avatar frames can spin or pulse, and the shop has a lot more to wear.

    • Animated scenes: falling snow and petals, rain, embers, aurora, drifting nebulae, rolling waves, a neon grid, code rain and rising bubbles.
    • Spinning and pulsing ring frames around your portrait. Many existing backgrounds and frames were upgraded, and you keep everything you already own.
    • New username effects: rainbow, glitch and neon flicker.
    • More free items, more included with Pro, and many new pieces that are only sold in Inkora Market.
    • Six matching packs that cost less than buying each piece.
    • Everything holds still if you have reduced motion turned on.
  2. Improved

Profile Studio is now four pages

Start, Profile Editor, My Library and Inkora Market each have their own page, so each does one job.

    • Start explains how the editor works.
    • My Library shows only what you own, with Favorites and Recently added as small tabs.
    • Trying something on now briefly takes off what you're wearing in that slot before the new piece appears.
  3. Improved

Item details open as a popup in Profile Studio

Picking an item in Profile Studio opens its details right on screen, with Try on and Select, instead of adding a panel further up the page.

    • Press Esc or click outside to close it.
    • On a phone it slides up from the bottom.
  4. New

    Profile Studio

One place to try on cosmetics, preview your profile and choose what you wear.

  5. Improved

    Redesigned profiles

Public profiles have a new layout showing your books, posts and level, and are easier to personalise.

  6. New

    Cosmetics and the Store

Collect frames, banners, titles and other items, earned or bought in the Store, and show them off on your profile.
